ICCP - Floor Joists

Rowan Technologies provided long-term corrosion control to the steel 'I' beams in the cellar of Dixton Manor in Gloucestershire. The 'I' beams were subject to severe corrosion and delamination on the flanges resulting in the lifting of the floors above.

Breaking out, cleaning and refitting the steel beams would have been both disruptive and required expensive structural work. A small ICCP system was deemed the best solution to control the ongoing corrosion.
